PAGE 某高层建筑地下车库消防设计 Fire Protection Design for an Underground Garage of a High-rise Building 学生姓名 指导教师 学 院 专业班级 完成时间 某高层建筑地下车库消防设计 摘 要：随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，各行各业的汽车拥有量急剧增加，车辆停放与城市用地紧缺的矛盾日益凸显。近年来，新建的高级宾馆、写字楼、高层公寓等往往辅助建设地下车库，以解决日益突出的机动车辆停放问题。统计近些年来的火灾案例可知，地下车库是一个火灾频发的场所。 本次设计针对高层建筑地下车库结构的特殊性和火灾发生发展的特殊规律，借鉴国内外高层建筑地下车库的成功设计经验，结合国家颁布的各项相关消防法律法规，对苏州工业园区某高层建筑地下车库进行比较全面的消防设计。此次消防设计涉及到四个方面：结构防火设计、防排烟系统的设计、消火栓及自动喷水灭火系统的设计以及自动报警系统的设计。通过全面的防火设计，来提高扑救地下车库初期火灾的成功率，减少该地下车库的火灾隐患和火灾发生时造成的损失，确保人生和财产安全。 关键词：地下车库 防排烟系统 消火栓系统 自动喷水灭火系统 火灾自动报警系 Fire Protection Design for an Underground Garage of a High-rise Building Abstract: With the development of national economy and the improvent of peoples living standards, the number of cars in every walk of life is increased dramaticly, shortage of vehicle parking and urban land use has become an increasingly prominent. In recent years, new senior hotels, offices, tall apartment houses, etc. ofen supply with underground garage, to solve the increasingly prominent issue of motor vehicle parking. Statisticing the cases of fire in recent years, we can see that most of the cases taken palce in the underground garage . The design aimed at doing a relatively overall fire protection dedign for an underground garage of a high-rise building in Suzhou Industrial Park, according to the the unique structure of the underground garage in high-rise buildings, the special development laws of fire, anlehnung the successfully designed experiences of the underground garage about high-buildings in home and abord and all the relevant fire control laws and regulations. This design involves four aspects: design for fire protection of steel construction, smoke control and exhaust system, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems and automatic fire alarm system.
