创伤链式抢救流程在急救护理中运用分析 　　[摘要] 目的 将创伤链式抢救流程应用于重度创伤患者的急救护理中，分析并评价其运用效果。方法 方便选取2015年9月―2016年9月该院收入30例重度创伤患者纳入参照组，这个时间段内还没有实行创伤链式抢救流程，将2016年10月―2017年10月该院收入30例重度创伤患者纳入实验组，这个时间段内已经实行创伤链式抢救流程，关注并计算两组患者基本生命支持的抢救时间平均值、达到基本生命支持要求的抢救时间总计值、存活总计值。 结果 实验组患者基本生命支持的抢救时间平均值（13.5±1.0）min对比于参照组患者统计值（15.8±2.0）min，差异有统计学意义（t=5.633 8，P0.05），实验组患者达到基本生命支持要求的抢救时间总计值76.67%对比于参照组患者统计值50.00%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.593 3，P0.05），实验组患者存活总计值93.33%对比于参照组患者统计值73.33%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.320 0，P0.05）。 结论 在重度创伤患者的急救护理中采取创伤链式抢救流程呈现较优效果，具有推广使用价值和意义。 　　[关键词] 创伤链式抢救流程；急救护理；运用效果 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）03（b）-0140-03 　　Analysis of Application of Trauma Chain Rescue Process in the Emergency Nursing 　　LIU Na 　　Department of Emergency， Laiwu Central Hospital of Xinwen Mining Group， Laiwu， Shandong Province， 271103 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of trauma chain rescue process in the emergency nursing.
