第32 卷 第11 期 中 南 林 业 科 技 大 学 学 报 Vol. 32 No. 11 2012 年 11 月 Journal of Central South University of Forestry Technology Nov. 2012 游客对桂林城市景观的期望与感知研究 郑文俊 ( 桂林理工大学旅游学院，广西桂林54 1004) 摘 要：以桂林市为实证研究区域，通过问卷调研获取相关数据，采用 SPSS 软件和 IPA 分析法研究游客对城市 景观的期望与感知情况。结果显示：游客对桂林城市景观的期望与感知均较高，但感知实绩普遍低于旅游前的 期望。游客对 “山清水秀、洞奇石美、桂林山水甲天下”3 项要素具有较高认同度，对 “民族风情浓郁、建筑有 特色”的期望与感知存在较大差距。最后提出了桂林城市景观建设的优势要素和重点发展方向。 关键词：城市景观；期望；感知；游客；桂林市 中图分类号：S788.2 ；TU984.2 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1673-923X(2012) 11-0149-05 Studies on tourists’ expectation and perception about urban landscape in Guilin city ZHENG Wen-jun (Tourism College, Guilin University of Technology, Guilin 541004, Guangxi, China) Abstract: By taking Guilin city as a case, through questionnaire survey to obtain relative data, the tourists ’ expectation and perception about urban landscape in Guilin city were investigated by means of software SPSS and IPA analysis. The conclusion holds that the value of tourists ’ expectation and perception are high, but the value of perception was generally lower than of expectation. Tourists had high degree of recognition on the three elements of “picturesque scenery, fantastic caves and spectacular rocks，best scenery in the world ”，but different opinions on expectation and perception of “rich ethnic customs, architectural characteristics ”. Finally, some suggestions were put forward on superiority regions and key development direction of city landscape construction in Guilin.
