协同管理模式在ICU镇痛镇静安全管理中应用探讨 　　【摘要】目的探讨协同管理模式在ICU镇痛、镇静安全管理中的应用效果。 　　方法选取65例危重患者，按病床单双号分为两组。对照组32例，采用传统镇静、镇痛安全管理模式，观察组33例，结合协同管理和镇静、镇痛安全管理。对比观察两组安全管理效果。 　　结果观察组入住ICU时间、总镇静时间比对照组短，舒适度评分较对照组高，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。对照组患者不良反应发生率为46.8%，观察组患者为21.2%，观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P0.05）。 　　结论在ICU患者的镇静、镇痛安全管理中应用协同管理模式，能够缩短患者的ICU时间和镇静时间，有效提高患者舒适度，减少不良反应发生率，值得临床广泛推广。 　　【关键词】协同管理；镇静；镇痛；安全管理 　　中图分类号：R473.5 文献标识码：ADOI：10.3969/j.issn2017.05.020 　　Application of coordination management mode in ICU analgesiaand sedation safety management 　　[HJ2][HJ] 　　WU Qinghua，CHEN Qiaoling，HUANG Zhuofan，LU Shenlei 　　（Department of ICU Three，Fujian Provincial Hospital，Fuzhou 350001，China） 　　[HJ2][HJ] 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of coordination management mode in ICU analgesia and sedation safety management. 　　Methods65 critically ill patients were chose and divided into control group and observation group according to bed number.The control group（32 cases）were given traditional sedation and analgesia safety management mode，and the observation group（33 cases）were given coordination management combined with sedation and analgesia safety management.Then，safety management effects of the two groups were observed and compared. 　　ResultsThe ICU time and the total sedation time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group，and comfort score was higher，difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.The incidence of adverse reactions was 46.8% in the control group and 21.2% in the observation group，that of the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P0.05）. 　　ConclusionThe application of coordination management mode in ICU sedative and analgesic safety management can effectively shorten the time of staying in ICU patients and sedation time of patients，improve the comfort degree and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，and thus it is worth popularizing widely in clinical pratice. 　　【Key words】coordination management；sedation；analge
