[摘要] 目的 ?^察参与式情景模拟教学在全科医学门诊带教中的应用效果。 方法 以2014年7月~2016年10月在本院全科门诊培训的76名全科医生及助理全科医生为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组38名,实验组学员带教时应用参与式情景模拟教学,对照组学员带教时应用传统教学方式,观察两组带教结束后全科理论及门诊接诊能力考核成绩,并调查两组学员对带教的满意度。 结果 实验组学员的提高自主学习能力、提高分析、解决问题能力、激发学习兴趣、活跃课堂气氛、培养批判性思维能力、培养学员的职业认同感均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);实验组学员全科理论、门诊接诊能力考核成绩及对带教的满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 全科医学带教中,应用参与式情景模拟教学方法后,可提升全科医学门诊带教效果,增加学员的学习兴趣,提升其全科医学服务能力。   [关键词] 参与式情景模拟教学;全科医学;门诊带教;培训经验   [] G642;R474 [] B [] 1673-9701(2017)11-0118-04   Application of participatory situational simulation teaching in general practice outpatient education   HUANG Jie XU Jun YU Huijie CAO Weizhong   Department of General Practice, Jiaxing First Hospital in Zhejiang Province, Jiaxing 314000, China   [Abstract] Objective To observe the application effect of participatory situational simulation teaching in general practice outpatient education. Methods A total of 76 general practitioners and assistant general practitioners who were trained in the general practice outpatient in our hospital from July 2014 to October 2016 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 38 subjects in each group. The experimental group was given participatory situational simulation teaching,and the control group was given traditional teaching methods. The assessment results of general practice theory and outpatient diagnosis ability were observed in both groups after the teaching, and the satisfaction rate towards the teaching in the two groups were investigated.
