10万吨废纸及商品浆造纸项目 100,000-ton Waste Paper and Commercial Pulp Papermaking Project 一、项目背景 林州市龙翔纸业有限公司地处林州市河顺镇，是一家以国内废纸、进口废纸等为原料生产箱板纸、包装纸的专业私营企业，现有固定资产1000多万元，职工150多人。新上10万吨废纸及商品浆造纸项目已经河南省环保局豫环监[2004]37号文件批准成立。 1. Project Background Situated in Heshun town of Linzhou city, Linzhou Longxiang Papermaking Industry Limited Company is a professional private business, which is mainly engaged in producing box board paper and packing paper with raw materials like domestic waste paper, imported paper, etc. At present, it holds more than 10 millions of fixed assets and over 150 employees. Newly planned 100,000-ton Waste Paper and Commercial Pulp Paper-making Project has been approved, according to the document “Yu-Huan-Jian [2004] No.37” issued by Henan Environmental Protection Bureau. 二、市场分析 在我国，造纸行业属“朝阳产业”。随着人民物质文化生活的丰富和提高，在今后较长时间内，我国对各种纸品的需求量将以更快的速度增长。据预测，2005年我国纸品及板纸人均消费量为50千克，接近于世界平均水平；未来15年内，我国纸业市场新增消费量将占全球新增纸品消费总量的30％。国内巨大的需求为造纸行业的高速发展提供了广阔的市场空间。 2. Market analysis Papermaking industry is one of sunrise industries in China. With the abundance and improvement of the people’s material and spiritual lives, China’s demand for different kinds of paper products will increase at a higher speed during a rather long period in future. It is estimated that, by the end of 2005, China’s average consumption for paper products and board paper will reach 50 kg, closing to average level in the world. In future 15 years, increased consumption in China’s market of paper industry will occupy about 30 percent of the world’s total increased consumption of paper products.
