单采血小板捐献前后献血者凝血功能变化研究 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨单采血小板捐献前后献血者凝血功能的变化。方法 78例无偿捐献单采血小板者作为研究对象， 比较献血者单采血小板捐献前以及捐献10 min后血栓弹力图参数[凝血反应时间（R）值、凝血形成时间（K）值、凝固角（Angle）值、最大振幅（MA）值、凝血指数（CI）值]、血小板计数、纤维蛋白原以及凝血因子Ⅷ的变化。结果 献血者在捐献单采血小板前后血栓弹力图检测中R值、 　　K值、Angle值、MA值、CI值比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。献血者在捐献单采血小板前血小板计数、纤维蛋白原分别为（235.4±53.8）×109/L、（2.36±0.36）g/L， 均高于捐献后的（191.7±43.1）×109/L、（2.20± 　　0.35）g/L， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 献血者在捐献单采血小板后凝血因子Ⅷ含量与捐献前比较无明显差异， 捐献单采血小板不会影响献血者的凝血功能。 　　【关键词】 单采血小板；献血者；血栓弹力图检测；凝血功能 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.35.013 　　Study on changes of coagulation function in blood donors before and after apheresis platelets donation BA Xue-jiao， MA Li-qiong， HE Kun-hua. Methods A total of 78 voluntary donors of apheresis platelets as the research object， and comparison were made on changes of thrombelastogram parameters [coagulation reaction time （R） value， clotting time （K） value， solidification angle （Angle） value， maximum amplitude （MA）， coagulation index （CI） value， platelet count， fibrinogen and the change of coagulation factor Ⅷ before apheresis platelets donation and 10 min after apheresis platelets donation. Results The value of R， K， Angle， MA and CI in blood donors before and after platelet donation were significantly different before and after apheresis platelets donation （P0.05）. Conclusion After apheresis platelets donation， there is no obvious difference in coagulation factor Ⅷ content comparing with before donation.
