单操作孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术临床应用分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨单操作孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术的临床应用效果。 方法 选择2013年1月～2015年12月在我院治疗的单操作孔胸腔镜下行肺癌根治术的患者64例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。31例患者采用单操作孔胸腔镜下手术为研究组，33例患者采用三孔胸腔镜下手术为对照组。比较两组患者术中、术后各项观察指标。 结果 两组术中淋巴结清扫组数、平均出血量、平均手术时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组引流管留置时间、术后住院时间较对照组短，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组在术后第1天及术后第3天的VAS评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 单操作孔胸腔镜下行肺癌根治术具有创伤小、术后恢复快等优点，且与传统胸腔镜下手术的术中情况相似。 　　[关键词] 单操作孔胸腔镜；肺癌根治术；近期疗效；VAS评分 　　[中图分类号] R734.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）20-0041-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical application effects of uniport video-assisted thoracoscope on radical operation of lung cancer. Methods Clinical data of 64 patients who were treated with radical operation of lung cancer under uniport video-assisted thoracoscope in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and retrospectively analyzed. 31 patients in the research group were given the surgery under uniport video-assisted thoracoscope， and 33 patients in the control group were given the surgery under triport thoracoscope. Conditions during the surgery and after the surgery were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences of the number of dissected lymph nodes， average amount of bleeding and average surgery time between the two groups during the surgery（P0.05）. The remaining time of drainage tube in the research group was shorter than that in the control group， and the postoperative length of stay was shorter than that in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. VAS scores 1 day after the surgery and 3 days after the surgery in the research group were both significantly lower than those in the control group， and the differences were both statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Radical operation of lung cancer under uniport video-assisted thoracoscope has advantages of small trauma and fast recovery after surgery， and its conditions during the surgery are similar to those during the traditional thoraco
