参芪扶正注射液对高血压并失眠气虚者心率震荡影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨原发性高血压合并失眠气虚患者经参芪扶正注射液治疗后心率震荡的变化规律和临床意义。 方法 收集2014年2月～2015年1月国家高血压基地原发性高血压病伴有失眠气虚患者136例，随机分为参芪扶正注射液观察组与单纯降压药对照组，治疗2周前后分别进行Holter心电记录，动态连续数据分析系统自动回放扫描并计算心率震荡指标的数据阵变化，进而分析上述药物对患者心率震荡的影响。 结果 与治疗前比较，对照组治疗前后各项指标无显著性差异。治疗后观察组患者除TST无明显变化外（P0.05），其他各项心率震荡指标均出现明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 参芪扶正注射液能够调节原发性高血压合并失眠气虚患者的心率震荡指标，提示该制剂有改善患者自主神经受损功能的作用。 　　[关键词] 高血压病；失眠；参芪扶正注射液；心率震荡 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）34-0124-04 　　Influences of SFI on heart rate turbulence in patients with hypertension， insomnia and qi-asthenia 　　ZHANG Yunsong1 CAO Zhiqun2 ZHU Xiaolin2 YOU Ke1 LU Xiaohui1 　　1.ICU， the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Jinan 250011， China； 2.Clinical Institute， Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Jinan 250014， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate heart rate turbulence law after and clinical significance of SFI treatment in patients with primary hypertension， insomnia and qi-asthenia. Methods A total of 136 cases of patients with primary hypertension， insomnia and qi-asthenia from February 2014 to January 2015 in Clinical Research Base of Chinese Traditional Medicine in Hypertension were chosen and randomly divided into the SFI observation group and the control group alone with antihypertensive drugs. Holter ECG recording was conducted two week before and after treatment， and dynamic continuous data analysis system was used to scan automatically and calculate data array changes of heart rate turbulence indicators， in order to analyze the influences of these drugs on heart rate turbulence. Results There were no significant differences in comparing all indicators in the control group before and after treatment. In addition to the no-distinct change of TST in the observation group after treatment （P0.05）， other heart rate turbulence data were significant improved， and the differences were significant （P0.05）.
