双氯芬酸钠联合人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨双氯芬酸钠联合人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床疗效。方法 方便选取2012年1月―2016年1月该院收治的45例（45眼）白内障术后干眼症患者为研究对象，随机将入选病例分为两组。对照组22例（22眼），患者单纯使用人工泪液；实验组23例（23眼），患者以双氯芬酸钠和人工泪液进行联合治疗。治疗前后，观察两组患者干眼症临床症状改善情况，测定患者泪膜破裂时间，给予患者泪液分泌试验和角膜荧光素染色检查，对比分析两组用药疗效。结果 实验组治疗后临床症状评分（7.2±1.1）分，泪膜破裂时间（10.9±2.0）s，泪液检测滤纸浸润长度（12.4±1.7）mm，角膜损伤评分（0.8±0.2）分，各项指标不仅明显优于治疗前，也明显高于对照组治疗水平，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 双氯芬酸钠联合人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症临床疗效确切，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 双氯芬酸钠；人工泪液；干眼症；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R969 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）02（b）-0135-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of diclofenac sodium and artificial tear mytear in treatment of xeroma after the cataract operation. Methods Convenient selection 45 cases of patients with xeroma after the cataract operation admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups， the control group （22 cases） （22 eyes） adopted the simple artificial tear mytear， the experimental group （23 cases） （23 eyes） adopted the diclofenac sodium and artificial tear mytear， before and after treatment， the clinical symptom improvement of the two groups was observed and the breakup time of tear film of patients was measures， and the medication curative effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results After treatment， the clinical symptom score， breakup time of tear film， schirmer tear strips Infiltration length and corneal injury score in the experimental group were respectively （7.2±1.1）marks， （10.9±2.0）s， （12.4±1.7）mm and （0.8±0.2）makrs， and varios indexes were obviosly better than those before treatment and alos obviously higher than those in the control group， and the differneces had statistial significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of diclofenac sodium and artificial tear mytear in treatment of xeroma after the cataract operation is definite， which is worth clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Diclofenac sodium
