品管圈活动在降低无菌包不合格件数中应用 　　摘要：目的 运用品管圈管理方法来降低无菌包不合格件数。方法 利用品管圈活动回顾性分析2013年7月1日～28日本院消毒供应中心消毒灭菌的2500个无菌物品包缺失情况，针对缺失发生的原因提出相应的对策措施，并于2013年10月1日～28日严格执行。比较品管圈活动干预前后无菌包不合格件数。结果 对2013年10月1日～28日消毒灭菌的2500个无菌包进行干预后无菌包不合格件数由活动前15.75件/w降至活动后的5.25件/w，与同年7月相比较有显著下降，差异具有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 品管圈活动在降低无菌包不合格件数中，取得满意效果，值得推广。全体圈成员对解决问题的能力、责任感、凝聚力、积极性 、沟通配合 、愉悦感、品管手法、和谐程度有了提高。 　　关键词：品管圈；无菌包；不合格 　　Application of QCC in Reduce Aseptic Package Failed in the Number 　　CHEN Cui-ying，LI Li 　　（Disinfection Supply Center，The Peoples Hospital of Deyang City，Deyang 618000，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To apply the qc circle management methods to reduce the unqualified aseptic package number.
