品管圈活动在降低住院患者跌倒发生率应用及效果评价 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.20.80 　　摘 要 目的：探索品管圈活动在降低住院患者跌倒发生率的效果。方法：2012年1月-12月15例住院患者发生跌倒，根据不良事件报告表，对其相关因素进行调查，通过分析原因、设定目标、制定对策并实施，评价2013年1月-12月实施品管圈活动后住院患者跌倒发生率。结果：实施品管圈活动后，住院患者跌倒发生率下降，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；提高了护士的工作积极性；提高了护士分析和解决问题的能力。结论：品管圈活动在降低住院患者跌倒发生率效果显著。 　　关键词 品管圈 住院患者 跌倒 　　Application and evaluation of effect of quality control circle in reducing the incidence of falls of inpatients 　　Qiu Sufen，Lin Jieqing，Chen Haihua，Tan Suqin，Feng Fengyi 　　The Sixth Peoples Hospital of Nanhai District，Foshan City，Guangdong 528248 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of quality control circle in reducing the incidence of falls of inpatients.Methods：From 2012 January to December，the incidence of falls of inpatients was 15 cases.According to the adverse event report，we surveyed related factors，analyzed causes，set goals，put forward and implemented strategies.We evaluated the incidence of falls of inpatients after the implementation of quality control circle from January to December2013.Results：After the implementation of quality control circle，the incidence of falls in hospitalized patients was decreased，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.It improved the nurses working enthusiasm.It improved their ability to analyze and solve problems.Conclusion：The effect of quality control circle in reducing the incidence of falls of inpatients is significant. 　　Key words Quality control circle；Hospitalized patients；Fall down 　　品质管理圈（Quality Control Circle，QCC）简称品管圈，是日本石川博士在1962年所创，是指由相同、相近或互补之工作场所的人们自动自发组成数人一圈的小圈团体，是从尊重人性出发，通过轻松愉悦的现场管理方式，使员工自动自发地参与管理活动，从而在工作中获得满足感和成就感[1]。跌倒在住院的患者中时常发生，它主要是指患者倒于地面或比初始位置更低的地方[2]。目前，人口老龄化程度正在逐渐加深，住院的患者年龄也逐渐增大，导致医院跌倒的情况时有发生。如何积极的预防住院患者跌倒、跌伤，提高患者及家属和相关医务人员的防患意识，是护理管理者探讨的热点。2013年1月-2013年12月将品管圈质量改进工具应用于降低住院患者跌倒发生率的实践中，取得了显著效果，现将方法总结如下。 　　资料与方法 　　我院是一所二级甲等综合医院，开放床位450床，全院共有护士358名。2012年跌倒患者15例，男9例，女5例；年龄25～91岁，80岁8例。所患疾病包括顺产后1例，慢性阻塞性肺气肿4例，脑血管意外后遗症4例，高血压4例，糖尿病2例，多数患有2种或多种慢性病。 　　方法：成立品管圈小组：我院于2013年1
