品管圈在提高注射室患者身份识别规范执行率中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨品管圈在提高注射室患者身份识别规范执行率中的应用效果。方法：成立品管圈组织，设定主题、制定活动计划书、现状把握、设定目标、解析、对策拟订等，对注射室患者身份识别规范执行过程中可能产生的错误进行分析、干预和改进，分别抽取品管圈活动前后1200例患者实施身份识别执行情况进行对比，了解品管圈活动前后患者身份识别规范执行率。结果：品管圈活动前，患者身份识别执行率为74.20%；品管圈活动后，患者身份识别执行率为95.83%，品管圈活动后患者身份识别执行率较品管圈活动前明显提高，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。本次活动目标达成率为137.90%，进步率为29.20%。结论：品管圈活动应用于注射室患者身份识别规范执行中能够提高患者身份识别执行率，有利于保证医疗质量安全和减少医疗纠纷，值得进一步推广应用。 　　【关键词】 品管圈； 注射室； 身份识别 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of quality control circle in improving the performance rate of the indentification in injection room patients.Method：The quality control circle group was seted up，and established theme， made activity plan，grasped the current situation，seted the goal，analyzed the reason，developed and implemented measures，etc.Analysis，intervention and improvement of possible errors in the implementation of the identification code for the injection room，the performance rate of the indentification of 1200 cases were compared before and after the activity.Result：Before the activity，the patient identification implementation rate was 74.20%，the patient identification implementation rate was 95.83% after the activity，the performance rate of the indentification of 1200 cases were 95.85%.The performance rate of the indentification after the activity was improved compared with before activity，the differences was statistically significant（P0.05）.The Target achievement ratio was 137.9% and the improving rate was 29.2%.Conclusion：The correct use of quality control circle can effectively improve the performance rate of the indentification，ensure medical quality safe and reduce medical disputes，it is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 Quality control circle； injection room； Identity Recognition 　　First-author’s address：Shijie Hospital of Dongguan City，Dongguan 523290，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.26.020 　　患者身份识别一直是保障患者及医护人员安全和利益的关键，是保证各项操作安全有效地执行和减少不良事件发生的前提和基础[1-2]。患者身份识别问题是2011年国家卫生和计划生育委员会颁发的患者十大安全目标中的首位目标，但在实际操作工作过程中，
