品管圈在提高肠镜检查前肠道准备清洁度中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：通过全员参与质量管理活动，探讨品管圈活动在提高肠镜检查前肠道准备患者合格率中的应用效果。方法：由科室护理人员成立品管圈活动小组，通过头脑风暴等方法，将“提高患者肠道准备合格率”作为本次活动的主题，运用品管圈方法进行现状把握，目标设定，要因分析，对策拟定并实施，对比实施前后患者肠道准备合格率的变化。结果：患者肠道准备合格率由活动前的78.85%提升到活动后的96.25%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。同时患者对护理人员的满意度也有所提升，从开展QCC前的86.5%提升到97.5%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：开展品管圈活动，可提高患者肠道准备的合格率，提高护士全员参与质量管理的意识与护理人员的服务质量。 　　【关键词】 品管圈； 消化内科； 肠道准备 　　中图分类号 R473.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）4-0080-03 　　Quality Control Circle in Improving the Qualified Rate of Bowel Preparation for Patients Undergoing Colonoscopy/LIU Zhi，LIU Yu，ZHANG Dan，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（4）：80-82 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the application effect of quality control circle（QCC） in improving the qualified rate of bowel preparation via whole staff participation.Method：Brainstorming was conducted in the staff group of quality control circle to discuss the issues for improving the qualified rate of bowel preparation.Then，quality control circle was applied in analyzing situation，setting the goal，causal factor analyzing，formulating and implement of countermeasures.The qualified rate of bowel preparation was compared before and after this activation.Result：The qualified rate of bowel preparation improved from 78.85% to 96.25% through this activity conducted according to the QCC and the effect was statistical significant（P0.05）.At the same time，the patients’ satisfaction rate was increased from 86.5% to 97.5%（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of quality control circle not only improves the qualified rate of bowel preparation，also improves the awareness of nurses which is important to participate the quality control. 　　【Key words】 Quality control circle； Colonoscopy； Bowel preparation 　　First-author’s address：The 422 Hospital of PLA，Zhanjiang 524009，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.4.044 　　品管圈（quality control circle，QCC）就是由相同、相近或互补性质工作场所的人们自动自发组成数人一圈的活动团队，通过全体合作、集思广益，按照一定的活动程序，活用科学统计工具及品管手法，来解决工作现场管理、文化等方面所发生的问题及课题[1]。消化内科胃肠镜检查患者多，结肠镜是临床
