Gissi, Andrea Gabusi, Dora Servidio, Fabio Cervellati * and Lucio Montebugnoli 通訊作者學校： Department of Biomedical and Neuromotor Sciences, Section of Oral Science, University of Bologna, Italy Send Orders for Reprints to reprints@benthamscience.ae 報告者姓名(組 李瑋庭 Int.A 組 別)： 報告日期： 104/8/10 內文 ABSTRACT ： Oral leukoplakia(OL)是口腔中最常見潛在型的惡性病兆。Immunohistochemical analysis of p53 and Ki67 proteins是一種簡單又經濟的方式來預測non-dysplastic OL的發展變成 oral cancer 。這篇研究多年來對一群OLs without dysplasia的病人，評估p53 and Ki67 proteins預測性的角色，個別或是共同對病人的影響 。從2006年一月到2013十月間共有 77位OL病人來進行p53 and Ki67 proteins的分析表現，其中高比例的病人有high p53 expression (20%)或low/normal p53 expression associated with high Ki67 expression (Ki67/p53 ratio 3) ，七位OL病人在觀察期間轉變成OSCC ，三位是p53 overexpression ， 四位是high Ki67/p53 ratio 。統計學上也指出p53 overexpression和high Ki67/p53 ratio對於 OL變成OSCC有顯著的相關 (Chi square 5.3; p0.02) 。 INTRODUCTION ： Ø 大部份的頭頸癌為oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCCs) ，從表皮細胞演變而 來，常發生於舌頭和嘴唇，其中有OL malignant evolution 比例為4 to 20% Ø OL classificatioln: - Homogeneous 均質性:flat, thin, uniform in color - Non-homogeneous 非均質性： 1. white-and-red (erythroleukoplakia) 2. irregularly flat (speckled) or nodule 3.
