基于DAGF法供应链中航运企业诚信水平评价模型 　　摘 要：针对供应链中航运企业的违约行为，借鉴中小企业信用评价体系，结合供应链以及航运企业的特点，对影响供应链中航运企业诚信水平的社会、航运企业、供应链等重要因素进行全面分析，构建衡量供应链中航运企业诚信水平的指标体系，提出Delphi 法、改进的层次分析法、多层次模糊综合评价法相结合的DAGF评价模型.该模型用于广东省某航运企业的诚信水平评估，结果表明，该评价模型不仅能够避免专家判断的不一致性，同时降低信息不充分和模糊性的影响. 　　关键词：供应链； 航运； 诚信水平； 指标体系； DAGF法 　　中图分类号：F272.5文献标志码：A 　　 　　Credibility evaluation of shipping enterprises in 　　supply chains based on DAGF method 　　BAO Feng1, LI Zhaokun2a, ZHANG Shifeng2b, GUO Beibei2a 　　(1.Maritime Science Department, Kobe Univ., Kobe 6580072, Japan; 　　2.a.Transport Management Department, b.President Office, Dalian Maritime Univ., Dalian Liaoning 116026, China) 　　Abstract： With regard to shipping enterprise’s default behavior in supply chain transactions, based on DAGF method which incorporates the Delphi method, improved analytical hierarchy process and multi-level Grey-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, an evaluation model is proposed by borrowing the credit evaluation system about small and medium-sized enterprises and combining the characteristics of supply chain and shipping enterprise. In this model, the important factors about society, shipping enterprise, supply chain, and etc, which will influence the shipping enterprise’s credit level, are analyzed, and an index system for shipping enterprise’s credibility evaluation is designed. The result of assessing the credibility level of a shipping enterprise in Guangdong Province shows that it has the advantages not only in avoiding the influences caused by the inconsistency of human’s judgment but also in reducing the inaccuracy caused by some subjective and uncertain factors on the evaluation. 　　Key words： supply chain; shipping; credibility level; index system; DAGF method 　　 　　0 引 言 　　 　　FOMBRUN［1］指出，企业诚信水平是衡量企业信誉的重要指标，体现消费者、投资者以及其他机构对企业的信任程度.由于企业在战略目标、企业组织文化和行为方式等方面存在差异，企业间的合作存在潜在冲突和不信任，导致航运企业违约行为发生，如货损货差、不按期交货等，大大降低供应链的运作效率.因此，加强供应链中航运企业诚信体系建设，提高航运企业诚信度，降低违约风险，对减少供应链运输环节中的不确定性因素、增强供应链的稳定性有重要意义. 　　目前，关于企业诚信水平的研究集中于建立评分系统对企业的贷款风险性进行
