基于层次分析和灰色关联度方法民营企业竞争力评价研究 　　[摘要]文章基于竞争力的视角,从企业规模、生产能力等八个方面建立民营企业竞争力评价指标体系。在此基础上,通过引入层次分析和灰色系统理论,构建了民营企业竞争力评价模型,并运用该模型对民营企业竞争力评价进行实证分析。通过计算关联系数,对所选民营企业的竞争力进行排序,寻找民营企业竞争力差异的具体体现,从而为提高我国民营企业的竞争力提供理论依据和决策参考。 　　[关键词]层次分析;灰色关联度;民营企业;企业竞争力评价 　　[中图分类号][F276.5][文献标识码][A][文章编号][1002-736X(2010)07-0083-03] 　　 　　Study on the Competitiveness of Private-owned Enterprises 　　by AHP and Grey Correlative Degree Methods 　　Xu Yan 1, Zhao Yanping 2 　　(1. School of Business Administration, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu 212013) 　　 　　Abstract: Based on the perspective of competitiveness, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the private-owned enterprises competitiveness from eight aspects, such as enterprise size, production capacit, etc. On this basis, by introducing AHP and grey system theory, this paper constructs a model of the competitiveness evaluation of the private-owned enterprise, and next, as an application of this model, this paper makes empirical studies on the competitiveness of the private-owned enterprises. By calculating the correlation coefficient, this paper sorts the competitiveness ranking of the selected private-owned enterprises and finds that the specific embodiment of competitiveness differences among the private-owned enterprises. Consequently, some theoretical foundations and decision reference are provided in order to enhance the competitiveness of private-owned enterprises in China. 　　Key words: AHP; grey correlative degree; private-owned enterprises;evaluation on enterprises competitiveness 　　随着我国民营经济的快速发展,民营企业作为新生力量不断发展壮大,民营企业在我国社会经济发展中的地位和作用也越来越重要。民营企业不仅是推动国民经济发展的重要力量,而且是实现充分就业的重要载体和促进社会稳定的基础。但是,由于大多数民营企业还处于发展初期,规模小,实力还不强,其发展遇到了诸多困难。大多数民营企业仍然主要依靠廉价劳动力降低生产成本,这种低水平的生产难以形成竞争优势,使得企业抵抗风险的能力减弱。因此,对民营企业竞争力进行研究,找出影响民营企业竞争力的核心因素,对加快发展我国民营企业具有重要意义。 　　 　　一、企业竞争力内涵 　　 　　企业竞争力是一个复杂的概念,国内外专家学者从不同的研究角度给予了众说纷纭的阐述,至今对于它的定义仍
