基于大数据学术期刊管理云系统研究 　　摘要：随着学术期刊采编系统的广泛应用，传统科技期刊管理存在的问题有所改善，但是单一期刊采编系统的维护与使用又出现了新的问题。文中提出了基于云计算的科技期刊管理和发布系统，该系统实现了以稿件为中心的一体化信息处理服务和稿件发布平台，使用云计算和移动设备发布期刊，高效集成稿件的投、审、编、发过程，同时避免了由编辑部来维护系统的工作。该系统能通过多终端接入处理稿件，有助于提高稿件处理速度并贯彻匿名审稿模式，并通过多渠道发布最新学术文献，提高期刊的学术影响力。基于云计算技术学术期刊管理和发布系统，更容易进行大数据统计与分析和进一步的深度数据挖掘，为我国学术出版的发展与规划提供数据支持。 　　关键词：云计算；学术期刊；大数据分析；数据挖掘 　　中图分类号：G230 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1003-8256.2017.06.006 　　Research on Cloud Computing Sci-tech Periodical Management System for Bigdata 　　WAN Liancheng1， GUO Xiaoxia2， CHEN Ying3 　　（1. This article offers a sci-tech journal management and publishing system based on cloud computing， the system is a manuscript centered integration platform which processes information and publish manuscripts. The use of cloud computing and publishing via mobile devices can efficiently integrate the investing and editing process of manuscripts， meanwhile save the system maintenance work which should be accomplished by edit department. This system can process manuscripts via multiple accesses， which improves the efficiency of processing manuscripts and achieves anonymous peer review model， and the publish manuscripts via multiple approaches， which improve the academic influence. The academic journal management and publishing system based on cloud computing offers an easier way to conduct hadoop statistic tool， analyzing and acquiring further data. It provides data support for the development and plan of academic publishing in China. 　　Ke
