多西他赛联合表柔比星吡柔比星新辅助治疗对乳腺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物影响 　　[摘要]目的 探?多西他赛（DOC）联合表柔比星（EPI）或吡柔比星（THP）新辅助治疗对乳腺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物的影响。方法 回顾分析我院乳腺科2014年1月～2016年12月之间收治100例乳腺癌患者的临床资料，按照化疗方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组，对照组接受卡培他滨联合EPI或THP方案治疗，观察组接受DOC联合EPI或THP方案治疗，比较分析两组患者临床疗效及对血清肿瘤标志物的影响。结果 对照组患者总有效率为58.0%，观察组患者总有效率为74.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组、对照组治疗后CEA、CA125、CA153肿瘤标志物均明显低于组内治疗前，且差异均有统计学意义（P0.05），观察组患者治疗后CEA、CA125、CA153肿瘤标志物均明显低于对照组治疗后，且差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 乳腺癌患者接受多西他赛联合表柔比星或吡柔比星辅助化疗效果显著，有助于降低血清肿瘤标志物，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词]乳腺癌；辅助化疗；多西他赛；表柔比星；吡柔比星；卡培他滨 　　[中图分类号] R737.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）20-39-04 　　Effect of docetaxel combined with neoadjuvant therapy of epirubicin/pirarubicin on serum tumor markers in patients with breast cancer 　　HUANG Heqing 　　Department of Galactophore， the Peoples Hospital of Dongguan City， Dongguan 523059， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of docetaxel（DOC） combined with neoadjuvant therapy（EPI） of epirubicin（EPI） or pirarubicin（THP） on serum tumor markers in patients with breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with breast cancer in galactophore department of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively， and were divided into control group and observation group according to the different chemotherapy treatment methods. The patients of control group were given the combination of capecitabine with EPI or THP programme therapy， the patients of observation group were given DOC combined with EPI or THP programme therapy， and the clinical efficacy and the impact of serum tumor markers of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of control group was 58.0%， while the total effective rate of the observation group was 74.0%， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.
