西安交通大学本科毕业设计(论文) 摘 要 PAGE II PAGE I 论文题目:运动控制单元的速度前瞻控制算法及其实现 摘 要 以高速、高精度为代表的先进数控加工技术是现代制造技术的一大发展趋势,是衡量其性能的重要指标。随着应用场合的更高需求,工件具有更复杂的几何特征,而面对参数化加工路径,迫切需要数控系统能够完成预先的轨迹要求前提下,还需要保证加工效率和质量。加工路径的参数式表达形式、高曲率点容易引起机床震动、工件过切和数据饥饿等现象,仍是实现参数曲线插补的瓶颈。 本文提出了一种基于线性规划的进给速度优化方法,能够满足几何和运动学约束的前提下,快速规划出整体加工时间最短的进给速率曲线。本文所提出的方法首先通过离散化原始连续目标函数并将其作为进给速度优化的线性目标函数。其次,将预先设定的多种约束转化为有关线性目标函数中的决策变量的非线性约束条件,然后用近似策略将约束条件线性化,并以此构造了具有预设多约束条件的进给速度优化的线性模型,该模型可以用良好的线性规划算法来求解。根据线性规划的结果拟合成光滑曲线作为最终的进给速度曲线。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效的实现高效的进给加工,并验证了该方法的可行性和适用性。 关 键 词:数控加工;速度前瞻;控制算法;运动控制单元 西安交通大学本科毕业设计(论文) 摘 要 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV PAGE III Title: Speed Preview Control Algorithm of Motion Control Unit and Its Implementation ABSTRACT The advanced numerical control processing technology represented by high speed and high precision is a major development trend of modern manufacturing technology and is an important index to measure its performance. With the higher demand of applications, workpieces have more complex geometric features. In the face of parametric machining routes, there is an urgent need for the CNC system to be able to complete the pre-trajectory requirements. It is also necessary to ensure the processing efficiency and quality. The parametric expression of the machining path and high curvature can easily lead to workpiece cutting, machine vibration, and data hunger. It is still a bottleneck for parameter curve interpolation. In this paper, a feed rate optimization method based on linear programming is proposed, which can meet the geometric and kinematic constraints and quickly plan the feed rate curve with the shortest overall machining time. The method proposed in this paper first discretizes the original continuous objective function and uses it as a linear objective function optimized for feed speed. Secondly, the pre-configured multiple constraints are converted into nonlinear constraints on the decision variables in the linear objective function, and then the approximate conditions are used to
