外周血 HLA―G 及血清Th1Th2类细胞因子在肝癌患者中检测价值研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究与观察外周血人类白细胞抗原-G（human leucocyte antigen-G，HLA-G）及血清Th1、Th2?细胞因子在肝癌患者中的检测价值。 方法 选取2014年7月～2016年9月期间于本院进行诊治的肝癌患者62例为观察组，同时以62名健康人员为对照组，然后分别检测两组研究对象的外周血 HLA-G 及血清Th1、Th2类细胞因子，并比较对照组和观察组、观察组中不同病理分型和疾病分期患者的检测结果，同时采用Logistic分析上述检测指标与肝癌的关系。 结果 观察组的血清白细胞介素2（IL-2）低于对照组，外周血 HLA-G 及其他血清Th1、Th2类细胞因子均高于对照组，且观察组中不同病理分型和疾病分期患者的检测结果也存在显著性差异，且经Logistic分析显示，上述血液指标均与肝癌有密切的关系（P均0.05）。 结论 外周血 HLA-G 及血清Th1、Th2类细胞因子在肝癌患者中呈现异常表达的状态，且不同病理分型和疾病分期患者的检测结果也存在明显差异，因此应重视对肝癌患者进行上述指标的检测。 　　[关键词] 外周血 HLA-G ；血清Th1类细胞因子；血清Th2类细胞因子；肝癌 　　[中图分类号] R446；R735.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）14-0001-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and observe the detection value of peripheral blood human leucocyte antigen-G（HLA-G） and serum Th1，Th2 cytokines of patients with liver cancer. Methods A total of 62 patients with liver cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the observation group，62 healthy persons at the same time were selected as the control group，then the peripheral blood HLA-G and serum Th1，Th2 cytokines of two groups were respectively detected then the detection results of observation group with different pathological types and disease stages were compared，and the relationship between those blood indices and liver cancer were statisticed by the Logistic analysis. Results The serum interleukin 2（IL-2） of observation group was lower than that of control group，the peripheral blood HLA-G and other serum Th1，Th2 cytokines were all higher than those of control group，and the detection results of observation group with different pathological types and disease stages all had significant differences，and the Logistic analysis showed those blood indices all had close relationship to the liver cancer（all P0.05）. Conclusion The peripheral blood HLA-G and serum Th1，Th2 cytokines of patients with liver cancer all show abnormal expression state，and the detection results of patients with different pathological type
