外侧锁定钢板联合内侧支持钢板修复胫骨平台骨折对患者完全负重时间影响 　　[摘要]目的 探讨外侧锁定钢板联合内侧支持钢板修复胫骨平台骨折（FTP）的效果及对患者完全负重时间的影响。方法 选取2012年1月～2015年1月我院收治的95例FTP患者，按照手术方式的不同，将采用双支持钢板固定治疗的44例患者分为对照组，采用外侧锁定钢板联合内侧支持钢板固定治疗的51例患者分为观察组。比较两组的治疗效果及完全负重时间。结果 观察组骨折愈合时间和完全负重时间分别为（93.51±18.74）d和（101.88±22.38）d，均显著短于对照组的（106.33±19.56）d、（118.43±28.26）d（P0.05）；观察组和对照组膝关节功能优良率分别为94.12%和77.27%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 与双支持钢板固定相比，外侧锁定钢板联合内侧支持钢板固定治疗在缩短FTP患者的骨折愈合时间和完全负重时间以及提高膝关节功能方面更具优势。 　　[关键词]胫骨平台骨折；外侧锁定钢板；内侧支持钢板；完全负重时间 　　[中图分类号] R687.3+2 [文?I标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）11（a）-0060-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of lateral locking plate combined with medial support plate in the repair of fracture of tibial plateau（FTP） and its effect on complete loading time.Methods 95 patients with FTP were selected in our hospital from January 2012 and January 2015.According to the different surgical methods，44 patients with double support plate fixation were divided into control group，51 patients treated by lateral locking plate combined with medial support plate were divided into obervation group.The treatment effect and the full weight bearing time were compared.Results Fracture healing time and full weight bearing time in the observation group was respectively （93.51±18.74） d and （101.88±22.38） d，significantly shorter than （106.33±19.56） d，（118.43±28.26） d in the control group （P0.05）.Knee joint function excellent and good rate was respectively 94.12% and 77.27% in the observation group and the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with double support plate fixation，lateral locking plate combined with medial support plate fixation in the treatment of patients with FTP in shortening fracture healing time and full weight bearing time and improving the function of knee joint has more advantages. 　　[Key words]Tibial plateau fracture；Lateral locking plate；Medial support plate；Complete loading time 　　胫骨平台骨折（fracture of tibial plateau，FTP）是临床常见的负重关节内骨折之一，多因暴力撞击或轴向压力造成[
