PAGE PAGE II 摘 要 本文通过分析发电厂运煤的需要设计了发电厂移动运煤车控制系统，该系统是以交流异步电动机作为运煤车的驱动马达，PLC作为控制中心对运煤车进行各种动作控制来的。 在本系统中分成两部分进行设计，分别为运煤车部分和远程控制室部分。 运煤车主要是由主电路、PLC控制系统、无线通讯系统组成。主电路是由变频器连接电机实现的，电机要求能够前进、停止、后退等动作，而变频器通过外部电路的连接和内部参数的设定直接控制着电机的前进、后退、停止等动作，变频器通过控制着电机的正转、反转、停止来完成电机需要的动作，也检测电机的电压电流等性能指标来监控电机从而使电机能够安全顺利的运转。 远程控制室的主要作用通过人机界面是对运煤车进行远程控制，监测运煤车的工作状态。通过无线通信设备对工作现场和远程控制室进行信息传递。由于远程控制室的设计使工作人员能够在工作室中对工作现场进行远程控制，能够及时了解工作现场的工作现场的情况，在一定程度上减少了。 作为运煤车控制中心-PLC控制系统控制着主电路中的变频器间接的控制着电机的各种动作，同时连接着系统中的无线通信和远程控制室进行信息传递完成远程控制室对运煤车的控制。 关键词 运煤车 电机 PLC 人机界面 变频器 ABSTRACT This article analyses the power the power required to design introduced.in the mobile YunMeiChe control system, this system is YunMeiChe exchange asynchronous motor driving motor, as YunMeiChe PLC as the control center to carry out various motor control.
