多种教学法联合应用对儿科护理实践教学效果探讨 　　[摘要]目的 探?联合应用护理程序教学法和项目教学法对儿科护理实践教学的效果。方法 选取2016年3～9月于我科室处于实习期间的90名护理专业学生作为观察对象，按照随机分配的原则分为研究组和对照组。其中研究组45名实习生采取护理程序教学法和项目教学法；对照组45名实习生采用常规传统的带教方法。比较两组实习生的理论考试成绩和问卷调查结果。结果 研究组实习生的理论总成绩分值为（89.43±7.12）分，明显高于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 护理程序教学法和项目教学在儿科护理实践教学中联合应用产生的效果相比传统常规带教方法明显，在以后的实践教学中具有一定的推广应用意义，能提高教学效果和教学质量，从而有助于医患满意率和医院服务质量的进一步提升。 　　[关键词]护理程序教学法；项目教学法；儿科；护理实践教学 　　[中图分类号] R712 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）4（c）-0167-03 　　Effect discussion of combined application of various teaching methods on practice teaching in paediatric nursing 　　QIU Jian-jing ZHU Xi-mei LI Feng-mei 　　Outpatient and Emergency Department，East Hospital of the Third People′s Hospital in Huizhou City，Guangdong Province，Huizhou 516000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of combined application of nursing program teaching method and project teaching method on pediatric nursing practice teaching.Methods Ninety nursing students of our department from March to September in 2016 working during the internship period were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into the study group and control group according to the principle of random distribution.45 students in the study group were given nursing program teaching method and project teaching method.45 students in the control group were given traditional teaching method.The theoretical test scores and questionnaire survey results between the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical total score of students in the study group was （89.43±7.12） points，which was significantly higher than that of the control group，and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P0.05）.Results Compared with the traditional routine teaching methods，the effect of the combination of nursing program teaching method and project teaching method in pediatric nursing practice teaching is obvious，and has certain popularization and application significance in the later practice teaching，which can improve
