复方α酮酸治疗糖尿病伴肾损伤疗效及最佳剂量研究 　　DOI：10.16658/j.cnki.1672-4062.2017.05.015 　　[摘要] 目的 研究复方α酮酸治疗糖尿病伴肾损伤的疗效及最佳剂量的选择。 方法 纳入170例2型糖尿病伴肾损伤患者作为研究对象，随机抽签分为对照组（基础治疗组）、观察甲组（复方α酮酸低剂量组）、观察乙组（复方α酮酸高剂量组）。比较3组患者治疗前后血生化指标、血清血管内皮功能指标及血清营养指标。 结果 治疗后甲、乙组LDL-C下降（P0.05），HDL-C和GFR升高（P0.05），治疗后甲、乙组血清营养指标中ALB、24 h尿蛋白定量、FPG下降（P0.05），且治疗后乙组血清各项营养指标低于甲组（P0.05）。 结论 大剂量复方α酮酸可明显改善糖尿病伴肾损伤患者的血管内皮功能、肾功能及营养状态，能够提升患者的生活质量，在优化整体治疗方面具有积极指导作用。 　　[关键词] 复方α酮酸；糖尿病；肾功能损伤 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）03（a）-0015-02 　　Efficacy and Optimal Dose of Compound α-keto Acid in the Treatment of Diabetic Patients with Renal Injury 　　LI Qiang 　　Department of Pharmacy，the First people’s Hospital of Ziyang City，Ziyang，Sichuan Province， 641300 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the curative effect and optimal dosage of compound alpha keto acid in the treatment of diabetic patients with renal injury. Methods 170 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with renal damage as the research object， were randomly divided into control group （treatment group） and observation group （compound alpha keto acid low dose group）， observation group B （compound alpha keto acid high dose group）. The serum biochemical indexes， serum vascular endothelial function and serum nutritional parameters were compared between the three groups before and after treatment. A and B group LDL-C decreased after treatment Results After treatment theLPL-C of the group A ancl graup B decreased （P 0.05）， HDL-C and GFR increased （P 0.05）， after the treatment of group A and B serum nutrition indicators ALB， 24 h urinary protein and FPG decreased （P 0.05）， group B and serum nutritional indexes after treatment than group （P 0.05）. Conclusion High dose compound alpha keto acid can significantly improve the diabetic patients with renal damage of vascular endothelial function， renal function and nutritional status， to enhance the quality of life of patients has a positive guiding role in the overall optimization of treatment. 　　[Key
