[关键词] 巨大儿;妊娠期糖尿病;糖化血红蛋白;血脂 [中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2015)29-0012-03 Study on the correlation of maternal glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid and macrosomia ZHANG Chunxiang1 BI Suzhen2 CHEN Tingting1 1.Department of 2nd Obstetric, Weifang Traditional Chinese Hospital in Shandong Province, Weifang 261041, China; 2.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Xingbu Branch,Weifang Traditional Chinese Hospital in Shandong Province, Weifang 261041, China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation of maternal glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid levels and macrosomia. Methods A tota1 of 301 pregnant women were involved in study, who were in Weifang Traditional Chinese hospital for prenatal examination and delivery from June 1st, 2012 to May 31st, 2014. According to the weight of newborn babies, these women were divided into macrosomia group176 cases(106 cases of GDM, 70 cases of no GDM) and normal group 125 cases. At 37 to 39 weeks of determination of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids in pregnant women. The clinical data of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results (1)The HbA1c, TG, TC levels of the macrosomia group were significantly higher than the control group(P0.05). (2)The birth weight of macrosomia and the HbA1c, TG, TC level of pregnant women were significantly positive correlation. Conclusion The glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid and macrosomia is associated. HbA1c, blood lipids monitoring, can prevent the occurrence of macrosomia and help to select a suitable method of termination of pregnancy, which can reduce the complication of mother and infant.
