子宫切除术中硬膜外麻醉与腰硬联合麻醉临床应用效果比较 　　【摘要】目的：比较子宫切除术中硬膜外麻醉与腰硬联合麻醉（CSEA）的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析62例行子宫切除术患者的临床资料，腰硬联合麻醉组分为观察组，连续硬膜外麻醉组分为对照组，比较两组的麻醉效果。结果：观察组31例患者，麻醉效果优26例，良4例，差1例，麻醉优良率96.77%；对照组麻醉效果优16例，良7例，差8例，麻醉优良率74.19%；观察组的麻醉优良率显著高于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组肌肉松弛优良率100%，对照组肌肉松弛优良率为87.10%，观察组优良率显著高于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：子宫切除术中采用腰硬联合麻醉效果显著，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】子宫切除术；硬膜外麻醉；腰硬联合麻醉 　　【Abstract】 Objective： with the comparison of combined spinal epidural anesthesia hysterectomy in epidural anesthesia （CSEA） clinical effect. Methods： retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 62 cases of hysterectomy patients， combined spinal epidural anesthesia were divided into the observation group， continuous epidural anesthesia were divided into control group， compared with two groups of anesthetic effect. Results： in the observation group of 31 patients， 26 cases of anesthesia effect of excellent， good in 4 cases， poor in 1 cases， the excellent and good rate of 96.77% anesthesia； control group， the anesthesia effect was excellent in 16 cases， good in 7 cases， poor in 8 cases， the excellent and good rate was 74.19% in the observation group anesthesia； anesthesia the excellent and good rate was significantly higher than that in control group， the difference has statistical significance （P 0.05）； observation group muscle relaxation， the excellent and good rate was 100%， the excellent and good rate of muscle relaxation control group was 87.10%， the excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， the difference has statistical significance （P0.05）.
