客观听功能测试对听力正常主观性耳鸣患者临床意义研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探究客观听功能检测对于听力正常的主观性耳鸣患者的临床意义。 方法 按标准选取2014年1月～2016年12月在我院耳鼻喉科就诊的主观性耳鸣患者60例（107耳）作为试验组，另外选取60名（120耳）健康无耳鸣者作为对照组。所有患者均行耳声发射检测（OAE），具体包括TEOAE和DPOAE，以及声导抗及听性脑干电位，数据进行统计学分析。 结果 对照组TEOAE和DPOAE检出率均高于试验组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 主观性耳鸣患者主要病?位于耳蜗，且OAE检测可以尽早地反应外毛细胞的功能状态，为患者的诊断和鉴别提供有力依据，而DPOAE在高频段更有优势，而TEOAE的优势频带则需要我们今后进一步研究来确认 　　[关键词] 客观听功能测试；主观性耳鸣；听力正常；听功能检测 　　[中图分类号] R764.45 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）14-225-04 　　Study on the clinical significance of objective listening function test in patients with hearing-induced subjective tinnitus 　　ZHAO Shuyi ZHUANG Yingying YU Yuan LI Chuangwei ZHANG Mubing 　　Department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery，Shantou city central hospital，Guangdong 515031，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical significance of objective auditory function test in patients with subjective tinnitus with normal hearing.
