摘要 PAGE IV Y32-315吨四柱式液压机主机设计 摘 要 液压机是压力加工的主要设备之一，广泛应用于国民经济的各个行业。液压机的设计主要包括液压机液压系统、电气系统、主机三部分的设计。液压系统、电气系统称为控制机构，来控制主机的运动。 本次毕业设计的课题是315T液压机主机部分的设计，主机部分包括主油缸和顶出缸、上横梁、工作台、活动横梁、立柱等。 设计中主要对各部分零部件进行了结构设计、与其它零部件的连接设计以及其强度的校核等。 设计过程中要对压制的工件进行详细的工艺分析，了解工件的形状、尺寸、材料、重量、技术要求和压制的工艺过程对机器的要求，包括压力、速度、位移和位移精度、工作空间、生产率和自动化装卸机构配合方式等。总之，要通过工艺分析明确机器的加工过程，即每一个工作循环中每一动作的详细要求和必要的调整范围。其次，是要确定设计满足使用要求，同时搜集和研究同类型产品的结构、性能的有关资料，以此来确定一个设计方案。 设计过程中，不能单一的去考虑某一个步骤的设计，而是应该综合比较，互相协调，以达到最终的设计要求。 关键词：液压传动原理 结构设计与计算 安装维护 Y32 -315 four pillars of a hydraulic the console design ABSTRACT Hydraulic pressure processing is one of the main equipment is widely used in the province.
