派丽奥软膏结合口龈上洁治术治疗牙周炎临床效果分析 　　摘要：目的 探讨全口龈上洁治术结合派丽奥软膏治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法 取对象为2012年1月～10月我院口腔科门诊慢性牙周炎患者200例，按就诊时间将所有患者平均分为两组，即观察组和对照组，各100例。所有患者2w时间内完成龈上洁治，龈下刮治。观察组术后将派丽奥软膏置入观察组患者牙周袋内，置药1次/w，共4次。对照组患者采用甲硝唑凝胶置于牙周袋内，观察疗效。结果 治疗1个月后随访观察两组疗效，观察组中，绝大部分病例临床症状均有不同程度的缓解。观察组总有效例数（显效+有效）91例，有效率为91.00%，明显高于对照组（P0.05），观察组治疗后PLS（1.04±0.63）、PD（3.65±0.63）mm、BOP点数69.23%明显优于对照组（P0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 全口龈上洁治术结合派丽奥软膏治疗牙周炎效果良好，是可供选择的方法之一。 　　关键词：全口龈上洁治术；派丽奥软膏；牙周炎；临床效果 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the full mouth gingival combination sent li jie ruling on the ointment for treatment of periodontitis. Methods Take object for January 2012 to October 2012， our hospital dental clinics， a total of 200 cases of patients with chronic periodontitis， according to the clinical time will all patients were divided into two groups， the observation group and control group， 100 cases each. All patients 2 weeks to complete the gum on clean governance， gum under cure. Postoperative observation group will send her the ointment into observation group of patients with periodontal bag， buy medicine 1 times a week， a total of 4 times. In the control group were treated by metronidazole gel in the periodontal pocket， observation curative effect. Results After one month follow-up observation of curative effect， the two groups in the observation group， the vast majority of cases of clinical symptoms have varying degrees of ease. Observation group total effective cases （* + effective） 91 cases， effective rate was 91.00%， significantly higher than the control group （P 0.05）， the observation group after treatment PLS （1.04±0.63）， PD （3.65±0.63） mm， BOP points 69.23% obviously better than that of control group （P0.05）， the difference is statistically significant.
