水激光在上颌前牙美学区冠延长中应用效果分析 　　[摘要]目的：探?水激光在上颌前牙美学区冠延长中的应用效果。方法：选择需进行上颌前牙美学区冠延长的30例患者，随机分为研究组（n=15）和对照组（n=15），研究组采用水激光法进行冠延长，对照组采用常规刀片切除法进行冠延长，术后检测两组患者的龈缘顶点水平（GZL）、牙周袋深度（PD）以及龈沟出血指数（SBI），比较两组患者的满意度及疗效。结果：研究组患者的满意度为93.33%（其中满意12例、较满意2例、不满意1例），对照组患者满意度为80.00%（其中满意8例、较满意5例、不满意2例），两组比较无统计学意义（P0.05）；与术前相比，术后两组患者的各项指标均有明显改善（P0.05）；研究组患者GZL达到I级14例，对照组患者GZL达到I级9例，研究组具有更好的美学效果（P0.05），研究组PD值1.45±0.37和SBI值0.90±0.34均明显低于对照组1.74±0.35、1.25±0.27，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：水激光用于上颌前牙美学区冠延长，能够取得较高的满意度及良好的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]水激光；上颌前牙；冠延长术；效果；分析 　　[中图分类号]R783.4 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2017）09-0084-03 　　Application Effect Analysis of the Crown Lengthening in Maxillary Anterior Teeth in Aesthetic Area by Waterlaser 　　CHEN Hai 　　（Department of Stomatology， Yidu First People s Hospital， Yichang 443300，Hubei， China） 　　Abstract： Objective To analyze the application effect of the crown lengthening in maxillary anterior teeth in aesthetic area by waterlaser. Methods 30 patients who underwent the crown lengthening of maxillary anterior teeth in aesthetic area were selected and divided into study group （15 cases） and control group （15 cases） randomly. The study group was treated with waterlaser， and the control group was treated with conventional gingivectomy.
