小儿轻中度持续性哮喘应用孟鲁司特钠治疗临床疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察并分析小儿轻、中度持续性哮喘应用孟鲁司特钠治疗的临床效果。方法：随机选择2011年12月-2013年12月在笔者所在医院诊治的轻、中度持续性哮喘患儿76例，按照机械抽样法分成两组，经综合对症治疗7 d后，对照组38例患儿给予布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗，研究组38例患儿给予孟鲁司特钠口服治疗，分析两组临床治疗效果与肺功能改善情况。结果：治疗第2周时，研究组的无症状天数比对照组长，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗第4周与第8周时，研究组的无症状天数与病情反复次数均比对照组优，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，研究组PEF%、FEV1%与FVC%指标均比对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：小儿轻、中度持续性哮喘应用孟鲁司特钠治疗的临床效果显著，具有应用价值。 　　【关键词】 持续性哮喘； 孟鲁司特钠； 布地奈德 　　中图分类号 R562.2 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）22-0017-02 　　Clinical Efficacy in Children with Mild to Moderate Persistent Asthma with Montelukast Soudium Tablets/HUANG Chao-teng.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（22）：17-18 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe and analyze the clinical effect of mild to moderate persistent asthma with Montelukast Soudium Tablets.Method：Data were randomly selected from December 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital for treatment of mild to moderate persistent asthma in children 76 patients divided into two groups according to the mechanical sampling method，as consolidated symptomatic treatment for 7 days，the control group（n=38） was given Budesonide inhalation therapy， the study group（n=38） was treated with Montelukast Soudium Tablets，the clinical therapeutic effects and lung function improvement of two groups were compared.Result：The first two weeks of treatment，the number of days of asymptomatic in the study group were more than the control group，the difference was significant（P<0.05）.After treatment 4，8 weeks，the days of asymptomatic and the number of recurrent disease of the study group were better than the control group，the differences were significant（P<0.05）.After treatment，PEF%，FEV1% and FVC% of the study group were higher than the control group，the differences were significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion：Children with mild to moderate persistent asthma treated with Montelukast Soudium Tablets has a special effect，is worth to be popularized. 　　【Key words】 Persistent asthma； Montelukast Soudium Tablets； Budesonide 　　First-a
