I I Abstract With the development of China’s economy, there are more and more Chinese groups coming to the international competition and explore overseas market. So we can say the translation of tender document plays an important role. This paper focuses on Tender Document for Rehabilitation work of Khulna 110 MW Power Station. The tender document is issued by Bangladesh government. It is the typically scientific article. The full text is written by English, which has more than 75,000 words. Bidding documents contains the main technical engineering, quality, duration and other requirements of the project. At the same time, it is the legal standard that every tender must be abided. There are a lot of specialized vocabularies and long sentences need to be translated. In the report, the author analyzes the translation function, the purpose and location of the source language and then puts forward the basic translation objective of translation. During the translation process, the translator pays attention to the vocabulary and the sentence. There are two difficulties in the translation of the paper, words and sentences. The thesis includes two parts which are business and technology. So terminology not only has business words, but also has technical words. In the essay, the writer gives an analyzing list of words, phrases and acronyms. For sentences, there are a lot of long and difficult sentences in this paper.
