皮瓣修复治疗手及前臂皮肤烧伤瘢痕的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨不同皮瓣用于手及前臂皮肤烧伤瘢痕修复治疗的临床疗效。 方法 选择我院2011年6月～ 2013年4月间收治的60例手及前臂皮肤烧伤瘢痕患者作为观察对象，随机分为观察组和对照组。其中对照组30例，使用股前外侧皮瓣进行瘢痕修复治疗，观察组30例，使用腹股沟皮瓣进行瘢痕修复治疗，然后观察两组患者的皮瓣成活率，皮瓣断蒂时间，以及皮瓣下感染等并发症发生情况，并进行对比分析。 结果 经过分析显示，观察组患者治疗后的皮瓣成活率明显高于对照组，皮瓣断蒂时间明显短于对照组，皮瓣下感染发生率明显低于对照组，两组相比差异具有统计?学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对于手及前臂皮肤烧伤瘢痕的修复治疗，使用腹股沟皮瓣的临床疗效明显比股前外侧皮瓣，成活率高，皮瓣断蒂时间短，并发症少，既安全，操作又简单，值得临床予以推广。 　　[关键词] 皮肤烧伤瘢痕；皮瓣修复；股前外侧；腹股沟；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R644 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）04-179-03 　　Observation on the curative effect of skin flap for repairing the burnt scars of hands and forearm skin 　　LIN Lianduo CAI Xiaoyan 　　Department of Burns and Orthopedic Surgery，the First Peoples Hospital of Shunde District in Foshan City， Foshan 528300，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of different skin flap for repairing the burnt scars of hands and forearm skin. Methods 60 cases with burnt scars of hands and forearm skin in our hospital from June 2011 to April 2013 were chosen as the research objects，who were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Of which 30 cases in the control group were treated with femoral anterolateral flap for repairing the burnt scars，while 30 cases in observation group were treated with groin flap for repairing the burnt scars，and then the survival rate of skin flap，flap broken time， and infection complications under the skin flap of patients in the two groups were observed，compared and analyzed. Results The analysis showed that the survival rate of skin flap of patients in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group， the flap broken time was significantly shorter， the incidence of infection under the skin flap was significantly lower， there were statistically significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.
