At the same time it has becomed the heat point as the effectual investment pattern one by one.But the famous large corporation of international architectural engineering trade of international practice acts as the significant organization of BOT project in our country, at the same time there is very little BOT project is organized by Chinese corporation. The main reason of these is that our country is being in socialism market economy that is elementary phase period , the laws and regulations need to improve ,little people know the BOT,a lot of laws and system need to be perfected.And that little people attach importance to analyse and management of BOT risk in our country corporation .So be able to cause domestic corporations be living when ruing this kind of pattern of BOT ,the main contect of this paper is to research the analyse and management of BOT risk. It is starting off through basic concept and the feature to analyse BOT item in the paper .Detailedly expatiate the analysising and management of BOT item risk .Moreover being based on BOT item situation in our country ,adopt the rule that fuzzy diagnosis based on AHP to analyse the risk . It is better to settle the BOT risk analysis problem. Depending on the risk administration rule, it is detailed to give out the every risk administration means in this paper . Moreover with this case“HuangQiao Power”this paper give this practical analyzing and material means of risk managing with a fuzzy diagnosis based on AHP.In the end this paper give some advices about analyse and management of BOT risk in our country. Specified help may be offer to BOTs item participator.
