瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的临床价值研究 　　【摘要】 目的：比较瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀在治疗冠心病的临床治疗效果。方法：选择2014年6月-2015年6月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的冠心病患者90例作为研究对象，按照用药不同随机均分为对照组和试验组，每组45例。其中对照组采用阿托伐他汀进行治疗，试验组采用瑞舒伐他汀进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组患者用药治疗后，对照组总有效率为88.89%，试验组总有效率为93.33%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；两组患者用药治疗后，试验组与对照组比较，TC、TG、LDL-C血脂水平明显降低，HDL-C明显升高，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀在冠心病治疗中均有良好的临床治疗效果，可以改善患者血脂水平，但相比而言，瑞舒伐他汀血脂水平改善效果更加明显，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　【关键词】 瑞舒伐他汀； 阿托伐他汀； 冠心病 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.6.005 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）06-0011-02 　　The Clinical Value of Rosuvastatin and Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease/KUANG Xudong.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（6）：11-12 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy of Rosuvastatin and Atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Method：A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease receiving treatment in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to different medication，45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Atorvastatin，and the experimental group was treated with Rosuvastatin.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result：The two groups of patients after treatment，the total effective rate of control group was 88.89%，the total efficiency of the experimental group was 93.33%，two groups had no significant difference（P0.05）.After treatment，compared with control group，the experimental group LDL-C，TC，TG，blood lipid levels decreased significantly，HDL-C increased significantly，there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of Rosuvastatin and Atorvastatin are good in the treatment of coronary heart disease，can improve the blood lipid levels of patients，but in contrast，Rosuvastatin statin improving blood lipid effect is more obvious，it is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Rosuvastatin； Atorvastatin； Coronary h
