小切口白内障囊外摘除术对硬核白内障患者角膜散光度影响 　　摘要：目的：研究分析小切口白内障囊外摘除术对硬核白内障患者角膜散光度的影响。方法：随机选取我院收治的硬核白内障患者100例，平均分成两组，实验组和对照组。对照组采用常规切口白内障囊外摘除手术的方式进行治疗，实验组采用小切口白内障囊外摘除术的方式进行治疗。1个月后，对照两组患者患眼视力、患眼角膜散光度、心理应激指标（包括HAMA和HAMD评分）以及术后并发症（包括虹膜脱出、角膜水肿、后囊破裂、后囊浑浊等）的各指标情况。结果：实验组患者术后视力水平明显高于对照组，散光程度HAMA评分、HAMD评分和各种并发症情况都明显低于对照组，其中对照组并发症发生率为46.00%，而实验组仅为4.00%。各指标经过对比分析，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：小切口白内障囊外摘除手术可以加快术后视力恢复，改善散光程度，减轻心理应激状况，同时减少术后并发症情况，治疗硬核白内障效果显著，值得在临床上大力推广。 　　关键词：硬核白内障；斜切口白内障囊外摘除；角膜散光度 　　Abstract： objective： to study the analysis of small incision cataract extracapsular extraction of hard nucleus cataract patients with corneal scattered luminosity. Methods： randomly selected from our hospital in the hard nuclear cataract patients 100 cases， the average is divided into two groups， experimental group and control group. Control group using conventional incision cataract extracapsular extraction surgery treatment in the form of the experimental group with the method of small incision cataract extracapsular extraction treatment. After 1 month， compare two groups of patients suffering from eye eyesight， scattered luminosity of cornea， psychological stress index （including HAMA and HAMD scores） and postoperative complications （including iris prolapse， corneal edema and posterior capsular opacification of the posterior capsule rupture， etc.） of each index. Results： the patients postoperative visual acuity level obviously higher than that of control group， the degree of astigmatism HAMA scores， HAMD scores and all kinds of complications were significantly lower than the control group， the control group in the incidence of complications was 46.00%， and the experimental group was only 4.00%.
