PAGE PAGE IV Abstract The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy.In such an age,the possession and distribution of intelligence resource,the production,distribution and use of knowledge , have become the most important elements . The coming of knowledge-economy era has changed our human process and knowledge management becomes a strategic tactic to greet the times of knowledge economy. Knowledge sharing is a very important component and furthermore, it is the basic process of knowledge management. In this epoch of knowledge economy, education must catch close up with the tempo of social development.Studies of knowledge management are being actively carried out in the education section which aims to instruct and create knowledge . Knowledge sharing is a key and difficulty point in the scope of knowledge management.The school is a knowledge-concentrated organization,in which the most important assets are the teachers knowledge that is the wisdom capital which Knowledge Management emphasizes .In the context of new curriculum reformation,knowledge sharing among superintendents and teachers will open a new mentality for them to improve effectiveness efficiency. The research of teaching knowledge sharing on teachers will be of great importance and meaning no matter for the development of the teachers profession and quality,or for the promotion of the schools efficiency and rival ability. However, what makes us worried is that the managers and teachers in many schools dont have a better understanding for teachers teaching knowledge sharing .In view of this situation,the author has made a systematic study teachers teaching knowledge sharing in the middle schools. Firstly,the author read a lot of the domestic and international literature,most of which is about knowledge,knowledge sharing and teachers knowledge.Then,based on the analysis of these documents,the questionnaire on teaching knowledge sharing in the middle schools was designed.The data fr
