康复治疗对住院慢性精神分裂症患者个人和社会功能干预意义研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨康复治疗对住院慢性精神分裂症患者个人和社会功能的干预意义。 方法 采用电脑随机的方式，将我院于2012年2月～2017年2月间收治的80例住院慢性精神分裂症患者，分为研究组与常规组，各40例。常规组予以药物治疗，研究组在常规组治疗基础之上，予以康复治疗。采用PSP（个人和社会功能量表）中文版，对比两组患者治疗前后个人和社会功能。 结果 经过分析发现，与常规组比较，研究组攻击与扰乱行为、个人与社会关系、自我照料、社会功能均显著改善（P0.05）。 结论 康复治疗对住院慢性精神分裂症患者的个人和社会功能的干预有着积极的影响，对改善患者预后具有十分重要的意义。 　　[关键词] 康复治疗；慢性；精神分裂症；住院治疗；个人和社会功能 　　[中图分类号] R749.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）26-0073-03 　　Interventional significance of rehabilitation therapy on individual and social function in hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia 　　TAN Guolin ZHOU Di 　　Department of Psychiatry， Jiangxi Kangning Hospital， Zhangshu 331211， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the interventional effect of rehabilitation therapy on the individual and social function of hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 80 hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2017 were divided into study group and conventional group （40 cases in each group），by using a computer random way. The conventional group was treated with drug treatment， and the study group was given rehabilitation therapy based on the treatment in the conventional group. The individual and social function between the two groups before and after treatment was compared by using the Chinese version of PSP （personal and social function scale）. Results Compared with conventional group， the attack and disrupt behavior， individual and social relations， self-care and social function in the study group treated with rehabilitation therapy were significantly improved（P0.05）.
