川芎挥发油化学成分与药理活性研究进展お 　　[摘要]川芎?]发油是由中药川芎经蒸馏或萃取获得的低极性、挥发性组分，是川芎的主要药效成分。川芎挥发油主要含有苯酞、烯萜醇与脂肪酸类化合物，不同产地及提取工艺获得的川芎挥发油含量与成分不同，药效也有差异。研究发现，川芎挥发油具有镇痛镇静、改善血管功能、保护神经细胞、解热等药理作用，同时川芎挥发油毒性较低，在临床应用方面具有很好的开发利用价值。目前，川芎挥发油研究成果丰硕，但存在评价标准不统一，药理学与药物化学研究结合不够紧密的问题，建立权威的质量评价标准、对活性成分进行更加深入的研究，是解决其进一步开发利用的关键所在。该文综述近年来国内外对川芎挥发油化学成分与药理活性的研究进展，为进一步研究与开发川芎挥发油提供参考。 　　[关键词]川芎挥发油； 化学成分； 药理作用 　　Research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of 　　essential oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong 　　DU Jingchang1，2， XIE Xiaofang1，2， XIONG Liang1，2， SUN Chen1，2， PENG Cheng1，2* 　　（1College of Medicine， Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Chengdu 610075， China； 　　2 State Key Laboratory Breeding Base of Systematic Research， Development and Utilization of Chinese 　　Medicine Resources， Ministry of Education， Chengdu 610075， China） 　　[Abstract]Essential oil is the low polar and volatile components distilled or extracted from Ligusticum chuanxiong， the dry root of perennial herb L chuanxiong， which has proven to be one of the main biological active ingredients of L chuanxiong Studies suggested that essential oil of L chuanxiong mainly contains phthalide， terpene alcohols and fatty acids compounds Different regions or varied extraction technology had influences on the type and contents of compound in essential oil of L chuanxiong and the total yield efficiency of essential oil， while the differences among the distribution of compounds leads to the variant pharmacological function of essential oil of L chuanxiong Researches confirmed that essential oil of L chuanxiong has kinds of pharmacological activities such as sedation， analgesia， improve function of blood vessels， protected nerve cells and feverreducing， all these benefits were verified by experiment studies in vivo and some of which were used as therapies in treating migraine， the underlining mechanisms include antiinflammation， apoptosis pathway and studies found that essential oil of L chuanxiong possessed very lo
