I I 中资银行对跨国公司金融服务研究中文摘要中资银行对跨国公司金融服务研究 ——以建设银行为例摘要在经济全球化浪潮中，跨国公司已经成为当代国际经济活动的核心组织者。跨国公司通过对外直接投资，通过无所不包的公司战略和错综复杂的网络结构，将世界各国的经济形态紧密地联系在一起。据有关资料统计，全球最大的500家跨国公司中，已有近400多家在华进行了投资，他们对中国经济起到巨大的推动作用。由此可以看出，跨国公司的直接投资已经成为中国经济一股重要的推动力，跨国公司这一客户群体已日益成为我国银行业关注和竞争的焦点。如何积极拓展对跨国公司的金融服务并有效突显中资银行的战略优势是目前我们需要解决的一大课题。本文正是在这一背景下，着力分析在华跨国公司的投资策略和金融服务需求,最大限度地发挥我国银行业对在华跨国公司的金融服务潜力,通过案例制定一系列方案措施，展开有针对性的金融营销。同时，通过分析中资银行对跨国公司的金融服务现状，提出中资银行对在华跨国公司金融服务方面的改进措施和应对策略，从而有效提升其核心竞争力和影响力。文章共分为六章。第一章，绪论部分介绍了选题的目的、方法和国内外综述；第二章，从跨国公司的定义入手，简要介绍了跨国公司理论；第三章，结合跨国公司理论，分析跨国公司的投资特点，并对其金融服务需求进行了介绍；第四章，阐述了中资银行对跨国公司金融服务的现状，提出中资银行在跨国公司服务方面的不足之处；第五章，通过具体案例，既肯定了中资银行的进步，也从侧面反映了与外资银行的差距；第六章，针对中外资银行的差异，提出对中资银行跨国公司服务的改进对策。关键词：中资银行、跨国公司、金融服务作者：吴怡指导教师：万解秋 Abstract The Research towards Financial Service of Multinational Corporations by Chinese-funded Banks The Research towards Financial Service of Multinational Corporations by Chinese-funded Banks ——China construction bank for example Abstract In the wave of economic globalization, multinational corporations have already become the core organizers of contemporary international economic activities. Transnational corporations closely link various economic formations together through foreign direct investment, the all-encompassing corporate strategies as well as the intricate network structures. According to statistics，among the worlds largest 500 transnational companies, nearly 400 have invested in China, which has played a huge role in promoting China’s economy. It can be seen that such direct investment from these transnational corporations has become an impetus to Chinas economy and such clients as transnational corporations have increasingly become the focus that China’s banks pay attention to.
