影响手术物品清点准确性因素分析与解决方法 　　【摘要】目的：探讨分析影响手术物品清点准确性的因素分析与解决方法。方法：以抽查模式将于我院实施手术物品清点的护理人员中随机抽出600名，将其根据实施清点方法的差异性平均分成观察组和对照组，每组各300名。其中，对照组护士选择整改前的常规做法进行手术物品整理，观察组则采用优化后的管理方法进行手术物品清点，比较两组人员的清点的准确性，并针对其相关影响因素和解决方法进行探索分析。结果：观察组护士的物品清点准确性影响因素的发生率较对照组低（1.98%6.27%），其中，人员因素在保证手术物品清点准确性影响因素中所占比例较高，且P0.05。结论：针对医院手术物品清点准确性的因素分析结果显示，高效落实手术人员清点制度的实施工作，对降低手术物品清点的结果误差具有重要的现实意义，望采纳。 　　【关键词】手术物品清点；准确性；因素；解决方法 　　[Abstract] Objective：To explore the factors influencing the accuracy of the operation objects counting analysis and solution.
