手术配合联合术后精心护理对床旁行经皮扩张气管切开术影响 　　[摘要]目的 探讨床旁行经皮扩张气管切开术的手术配合及术后护理方法。方法 选取我院2014年1月～2016年8月收治的30例行经皮扩张气管切开术患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各15例。对照组给予全面的手术配合，术后采取基础护理，观察组采取精心的术后护理和全面的手术配合。比较两组的术后出血量、手术并发症发生率、肺炎发生率、护理满意情况以及住院时间。结果 观察组的术后出血量显著少于对照组，住院时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的手术并发症发生率、肺炎发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 床旁行经皮扩张气管切开术具有创伤小、并发症少、预后效果好的优点，在围术期给予全面的手术配合和精心的术后护理可进一步增强手术效果，缩短患者的住院时间，提高护理满意度。 　　[关键词]经皮扩张气管切开术；手术配合；护理；并发症；效果 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）11（a）-0176-04 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the operation cooperation and postoperative nursing methods of percutaneous dilational tracheostomy in the bedside.Methods 30 patients underwent percutaneous dilational tracheostomy in the bedside in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，15 cases in each group.The control group was given a comprehensive operation cooperation and the basic nursing after operation，the observation group was given careful postoperative nursing and comprehensive operation cooperation.The amount of postoperative bleeding，the incidence rate of surgical complications，the incidence rate of pneumonia，the degree of nursing satisfaction and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of postoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group，the hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The incidence rate of surgical complications and pneumonia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， with significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion Percutaneous dilatational tracheostomy in the bedside has the advantages of less trauma and fewer complications，the prognosis
