3.0T magnetic resonance imaging of the breast Of: Zhaohong Lan Ying Liu Yan Cheng Xu Kai Li Wang Xiuling Road [Abstract] Objective To investigate the 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging in breast imaging application, optimized scanning sequences and parameters. Method uses the GE 3.0T MR scanner, and 8-channel breast coil of 42 patients with breast disease, breast MR imaging, from image quality and number of lesions shown on the evaluation of its application. The results were obtained in all patients with a diagnosis of the images .42 45 patients, lesions were detected, of which 3 cases were malignant, a total of five lesions, benign 34 cases of 40 lesions. Conclusion 3.0T MR breast imaging, the scanning program can shorten a reasonable scan time and improve image quality. Multiple sequence combination is more conducive to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods Forty-two patients were performed on GE 3.0T MR scanner with 8-channel breast coil, then to evaluate the imaging quality and the number of displayed lesions. Results 42 patients all acquired excellent images. 3 cases with 5 malignant breast lesions and 34 cases with 40 benign lesions were detected, and the other 5 cases showed no abnormality. Conclusion For breast magnetic resonance imaging at 3.0 Tesla system, reasonable scanning protocol may reduce the scanning time and improve imaging quality. Combinative using of different sequences was helpful for differential diagnosis of breast disease.
