Urban Household Commute Carbon Emission ——A Case Study Of Xi’an A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Guo Lu Supervisor：Prof. Wang Yuanqing Chang’an University, Xi’an, China i i i i PAGE PAGE iv 摘 要 进入 21 世纪，人类生产、生活造成的全球变暖及能源安全问题引起了全球的广泛 关注。在一系列的应对方案中，“低碳”发展模式，即降低人类活动造成碳排放的策略， 已在世界范围内得到了普遍认同，成为新时期人类发展的目标。 城市在世界各国的经济社会发展中扮演着重要角色，是解决最复杂、最紧迫问题（如 资源、环境等）的关键。城市交通作为社会发展的三大主要经济部门之一，其产生的温 室气体排放强度正在逐年上升，2007 年政府间气候变化专门委员会（IPCC）报告指出， 全球温室气体排放中，城市交通占 13.1%，是仅次于能源供应及工业生产的第三大部门， 降低城市交通碳排放迫在眉睫。家庭作为城市最小的单位，以家庭出行为切入点来降低 城市交通碳排放成为重要趋势。 本文以西安市为例，以家庭通勤碳排放为对象，以研究家庭通勤碳排放空间规律及 其影响因素为重点，以为城市交通规划与管理者提供政策建议为目标，做出了以下工作： 一是结合 CUBE 及 ArcGIS 软件分析了西安市用地性质、人口密度、就业就学岗位密度 的分布特征；二是根据 2010 年《空间规划与低碳西安》调查问卷内容分析了西安市居 民出行及文化、收入等家庭属性特征；三是计算西安市家庭通勤碳排放并分析其分布特 征；四是以检索到的国内外文献中提及的家庭碳排放、城市交通碳排放的影响因素为借 鉴，分析用地性质、人口密度、就业就学密度、家庭属性指标与家庭通勤碳排放的关系； 五是根据相关性分析，以家庭通勤碳排放为因变量，以影响因素为自变量建立多元线性 回归模型及主成分模型，并作出聚类分析；六是根据上述分析提出西安市降低家庭通勤 碳排放的政策建议，为城市低碳交通建设提供思路。 关键词: 碳排放 通勤 社会-经济属性 家庭属性 影响分析 政策建议 Abstract During the 21st century, energy security and global warming caused by human life and industry production has aroused widespread concern around the world. Among the range of response options aimed at reducing human activity caused by carbon emissions, low-carbon development model is widely recognized in the world, and become the target of the new era of human development. The city played an important role of the economic and social development in countries in the world, it is key to solve the most complex, pressing issues (such as resources, environment, etc.).As one of the major sectors of the economy, urban transport greenhouse gas emissions intensity is increasing every year, according to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC,2007) reports, among global greenhouse gas emissions, urban transport is accounted for 13.1 %, it is the third largest sector which only less than energy supply and industrial production, making it is imminent to reduce urban transport carbon emissions.
