心理护理及人文关怀对乳腺癌患者术后康复影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探究心理护理和人文关怀对乳腺癌患者术后康复的影响。 方法 选择2013年6月～2014年8月在本院进行乳腺癌手术治疗的患者63例，按照入院治疗的先后顺序分为实验组（32例）和对照组（31例）。对照组患者术后采用常规护理；实验组在对照组的基础上从心理和人文关怀的角度上加强对患者的护理。护理后，应用SCL-90评分和QOL量表对两组患者的心理状态和生存质量进行评价。 结果 护理后，实验组患者的SCL-90评分各项指标均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组患者的生理、心理、社会及环境的QOL评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 乳腺癌手术后，从心理及人文关怀角度加强对患者的护理，能有效缓解患者术后产生的不良情绪，明显改善患者的心理健康状况，明显提高患者的生存质量。 　　[关键词] 人文关怀；心理护理；乳腺癌；术后康复 　　[中图分类号] R471 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）05（c）-0182-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of humanistic care as well as psychological care on the rehabilitation for patients after breast cancer surgery. Methods 63 patients who received the surgery of breast cancer in our hospital from June 2013 to August 2014 were selected，and were assigned to experiment group of 32 patients and control group of 31 patients according to admission order.Patients in control group were given regular nursing care after the surgery；experiment group was given strengthened nursing care from the perspective of psychological and humanistic care on the basis of the control group.After the nursing care，SCL-90 score and QOL scale were applied to assess the psychological status and life quality of patients between two groups. Results After the nursing care，SCL-90 scores of each index for patients in experiment group was all significantly lower than that in control group respectively，with statistical difference（P0.05）.Scores on physiological，psychological，social and environmental life quality compared between two groups was significantly different respectively，with statistical difference（P0.05）. Conclusion After the surgery of breast cancer，strengthening patients′ nursing from the perspective psychological and humanistic care is able to effectively alleviate patients′ negative emotions induced after the surgery.Patients′ conditions of psychological health are significantly enhanced，and their life quality is significantly improved. 　　[Key words] Humanistic care；Psychological
