摘 要
现代战争的信息化发展形势和我军建设信息化军队的战略规划,都对我军指 挥军官的信息素质提出了更高的要求,为了更好地适应未来岗位需求,促进军队 信息化建设,必须加强对“学历教育合训”学员的信息素质培养。本文结合实例, 运用文献研究的方法探讨了“学历教育合训”学员的信息素质构成、培养目标, 以国防科学技术大学为例分析了我军院校学员信息素质培养的现状,从美国院校 对学员信息素质培养的教育硬件、培养原则以及管理方法中总结出国外学员信息 素质培养方法对我军的启示,提出了进一步加强我军“学历教育合训”学员信息 素质培养的对策。主要包括:革新教育观念、促进课程信息化、加强与现有课程 融合、坚持过程和目标统一四个方面。

ABSTRACT
The developing tendency of the informational war and the strategic construction plan of the informational PLA put forward higher demands for the commanders to gain informational qualification. To be better adapted to the future demands and to advance the informational construction, we have to reinforce the cadets’ information qualification training in integrated academic education. Closely connected with the example, this paper discusses the composition of information qualification, the training purposes with the method of consulting the documents and analyzes the present situation of the training in our military colleges by making the National University of Defense Technology as a special example. Moreover it summarizes the inspirations from studying the education hardware, training principles and methods of management of the foreign students and then puts forward the measurements which include the four aspects: to reform the education view points, to advance the process of informational curriculum, to reinforce the integration of the training and the existing curriculums, and to persist on the unity of the process and the purpose.
