安徽医科大学硕士学位论文安徽医科大学硕士学位论文 - - Fasting plasma glucose（FPG）（Ρ＜0.01）、plasma triglyceride（TG）（Ρ＜0.05） and HOMA-IR in PCOS group（Ρ＜0.05）were higher than in normal control group， however there were no significant differences of other traits between the two groups . Group comparisons of genotype frequencies and allele frequencies between PCOS group and the normal control group The frequencies of the homozygote genotype TT genotypes were 36.9% for PCOS patients and 47.37% for normal control subjects.The heterozygous genotype CT frequencies were 42.60%% and 41.05% respectively.For the two groups ， the frequencies of homozygote genotype CC were 21.31% and11.58% respectively.There was no significant difference in each genotype frequency between the two groups （χ 2=5.1891， Ρ= 0.0747＞0.05），However significant differences in frequencies of genotype TC+TT and CC genotype between the two groups（Ρ=0.0475＜0.05， OR=0.484， CI=0.234-1.002）were found in this study. There was no significant difference in frequencies of genotype TC+CC and TT genotype between the two groups （χ2=3.22，Ρ=0.0734＞0.05， OR=1.593， CI=0.956-2.655）。 The frequency of rs290487 T-allele was 57.40% for PCOS patients and 67.89% for normal control subjects .The frequency of C-allele was 42.6% for PCOS patients and 32.11% for normal control subjects. There was significant difference in frequency of T-allele and C-allele between the two groups（χ2=5.6440， Ρ=0.0175＜0.05， OR=0.637， CI=0.439-0.925）. Comparisons of each clinical trait according to genotype group in both of groups In PCOS group， significant differences of HOMA-IR（Ρ＜0.01）、plasma total cholesterol（TC）（Ρ＜0.05）and HOMA-β（Ρ＜0.05）were found among three sub-groups（TT，TC and CC sub-groups）.HOMA-IR and TC in CC sub-group were higher than in TT sub-group（respectivelyΡ＜0.05， Ρ＜0.01）and the two indexes in TC sub-group were higher than in TT sub-group too（respectivelyΡ＜0.01，Ρ＜0.05）.
