— — PAGE 1— 摘 要 “祛风止哮方”对支气管哮喘大鼠 IL-2、4、 + + CD4 、CD8 、ECP 影响的研究 摘 要 目的：观察”祛风止哮方”对支气管哮喘动物模型 IL-2、4、CD4+、CD8+、ECP 的影响，初步探讨”祛风止哮方”的作用机理。方法：将所选 30 只Ｗistar 雌性大鼠随 机分为给药组及对照组，均制备成哮喘模型，分别予哮喘动物模型大鼠”祛风止哮 方”混悬液灌胃及对照组予生理盐水灌胃，疗程 14 天；经腹主动脉采血检测相关指 标，用酶联免疫吸附（ELISA）法测定 IL-2、IL-4、ECP 及流式细胞仪测定 CD4+、 CD8+。统计学方法：采用 SPSS15.0 软件，数据以 x ± s 表示。两组间计量资料用 t 检验，两组间计数资料用 χ 2 检验，或秩和检验的 H 检验。P＜0.05 作为差异有统计 学意义的标准。结果：给药组与对照组中 IL-2、IL-4 、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+差 异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），ECP 差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：”祛风止 哮方”是治疗哮喘的有效方剂，“祛风”法可以作为治疗哮喘基本法则之一。”祛风 止哮方”部分作用机理可能是通过降低外周血中 IL-2、IL-4、ECP 等炎症介质，降低 CD4+细胞，升高 CD8+细胞，调整 CD4+/CD8+之间的失衡，使血清 1gE 水平降低，从 而抑制气道炎症，降低气道高反应性，达到治疗哮喘的目的。 关键词：中药； 哮喘； 免疫 新疆医科大学医学硕士学位论文 The research of effect on the asthma rats’ IL-2，4， + + CD4 ，CD8 ，ECP after using the Qufeng Zhixiao Prescription Abstract Objective: to Observe the effects on the asthma rats’ IL-2, IL-4,CD4+,CD8+,ECP after using Qufeng Zhixiao Prescription and to preliminary study the mechanism of Qufeng Zhixiao Prescription.
