I I 摘要 构建和谐社会是我国社会发展的目标。建设社会主义新农村是构建社会主 义和谐社会的必然要求，是实现社会主义和谐社会的关键。体育是现代新农村 的重要构成要素，农村体育与农村社会的协调发展是促进和谐社会建设的重要 前提。篮球运动是一项深受珠江三角洲乡村群众喜爱，具有很好休闲与锻炼价 值的运动，其的和谐发展是对和谐社会指导思想的响应。本文采用查阅文献资 料法、专家访谈法、实地调研法、问卷调查法等研究方法，对当前珠江三角洲 乡村篮球运动的开展条件、管理现状、参与情况等进行分析和研究，展现其发 展新态势及对新农村建设的作用，为篮球运动在我国农村地区发展提供参考。 通过分析研究，篮球运动是该珠江三角洲乡村群众喜闻乐见的体育活动， 经费的来源渠道多样化，设施建设、活动的组织管理逐渐完善，有较强的组织 性和灵活性。篮球比赛组织趋向全年化，规模逐渐扩大，具有一定的商业性。 在生活水平不断提高和价值观念转变的影响下，群众参与程度较高，对篮球运 动信息有较好的了解，消费逐趋扩大。篮球运动在经济好、领导重视的村居发 展尤为突出。但在珠江三角洲的村居中依然存在着基层篮球组织机构、指导人 员、裁判员普遍缺乏的现象，篮球赛的组织存在着男赛多于女赛、女性参与较 少，外来工参与当地篮球活动受到一定的人缘和地缘的隔阂，有的比赛缺少现 场医务监督和专职治安管理等问题。篮球运动在构建珠江三角洲和谐新农村中 的主要作用：一、篮球运动的特点和开展条件，符合广大乡村群众的消费特点 和进行休闲娱乐的要求，可加快该地区全民健身活动进程，提高广大乡村群众 身体素质；二、发展乡村篮球运动有益于竞技篮球运动的人才培养、球市的培 育、体育消费市场的扩展，促进经济发展；三、乡村篮球活动的开展可以增强 广大乡村群众的法制观念，增进社会凝聚力，对维护社会秩序、转移社会问题、 促进农村社会秩序和谐有着积极的作用；四、乡村篮球文化为新农村的文化建 设注入了活力，改善了乡村群众的生活方式，丰富了村民的文化生活，符合建 设和谐社会的基本要求。 关键词：珠江三角洲 ；乡村； 篮球运动； 新农村 II II ABSTRACT Construct the harmonious society is the social development goal of our country.To build socialism new countryside is the inevitable request to construct the socialism harmonious society, is vital to realize the socialism harmonious society; The countryside sports is the important integrant part of the modern new countryside , which coordinated development with the rural community is the important premise to promote harmonious society construction. Basketball game won the great popularity in the areas of Pearl River Delta villages, and had the vital of value in leisure and its good for the village populace body and mind development; it’s also a actively response to the harmonious society guiding principle, the village basketball game development has not only represented the new countryside sports development, also made the contribution to the socialism harmonious society. This article carried on the analysis and the research based on unifying the current Pearl River Delta social development and the game’s condition, the management present situation, the participation situation and so on;
